Classified or Confidential Records

Using document control programs will allow a company to control their intellectual property, restricting it to the persons who are authorized to access it.

Publication of Valid Information

Not all information needs to be published. By using document control programs, companies can ensure resources are not wasted on publishing unnecessary information.

Document control is an important part in every day procedures. Docxellent offers a web-based software application, called ensur, which is perfect for a company’s document control needs.

Docxellent can prevent such Excel file disasters with business change management!

DocXellent Document Management Makes the Major Leagues

Eric Campbell Major League Document Solutions

Eric Campbell with our Quality and Customer Support Manager, Suzanne McCormack, during a visit to DocXellent headquarters during the 2014 MLB All Star break

Former DocXellent intern, Eric Campbell, has been called up by the New York Mets as a utility player playing first and third base as well as the corner outfield positions.  Eric made his major league debut on May 10, 2014 against the Philadelphia Phillies recording his first RBI with a pinch hit sacrifice fly in the 7th inning to give the Mets the lead.

Eric worked at DocXellent during the 2013 off-season supporting our SQA and Validation testing areas.  He also assisted our sales & marketing efforts modifying our literature with our new logo.

The Mets drafted Campbell, who played at Norwich Free Academy and then at Boston College, in the eighth round of the 2008 draft. His road through their farm system was long, usually with more than one year at each level. He played parts of three seasons at Double A Binghamton and a season at Triple A Las Vegas.

“We are so proud to see Eric realizing his dream in the Major Leagues”, said Bob Sullivan, President of DocXellent.” He’s a fine young man and his work ethic was quite evident during his tenure with us. We wish him all the best and a long career in baseball. We will follow him closely.”

Gary Carignan, DocXellent VP of Sales, attended Eric’s MLB debut along with Eric’s parents, relatives and close friends.  “Seeing a young man make his Major League debut is just priceless”.  Having coached Eric in youth baseball for many years, Carignan said there was never a doubt that Eric would get “the call”. Carignan’s son Andrew is also a professional baseball player having made his major league debut on September 2, 2011 with the Oakland Athletics.  Andrew Carignan is currently completing a rehab assignment in Scottsdale, AZ and is now part of the San Francisco Giants organization.

INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS NEWS — Mystic Management Systems, a global and trusted provider of document control solutions with corporate offices in Connecticut, is announcing a change in name, brand and website portal. Effective May 1, 2014, Mystic Management systems will become, DocXellent® with a web address of docxellent.com

“With a new version of our popular ensur document control and quality management software about to be released, and while in the heart of celebrating three decades of expertise in this industry, it was time to refresh our brand and align our name closer to the work we do, every day,” explains Robert Sullivan, President/CEO of the newly named, DocXellent. “Our new name combines two words that are at the heart of our mission — document and excellent. For those facing the ongoing challenges of document control, we offer an excellent solution.”

While the new DocXellent brand leaves behind the “ducks in a row” icons and Mystic Management Systems name, all other aspects of this long-standing and reputed firm, remain the same.

“While those of us in New England recognize the geographic reference behind our previous name, on an international scale, “mystic” had many diverse interpretations,” explains Gary Carignan, Vice President, Sales for DocXellent. “The great people, the outstanding ensur product, location, phone and the leadership team all remain constant as part of this rebranding effort. This is not about a corporate change but about a change in the way we can be found and recalled.”

The new logo brand, features the easy-to-identify “doc” root, paired with “excellent.” The “x” that unites the two words is created by using a “check mark” — a common icon used in document control.
