Long-standing leader in electronic document control software celebrates 30-year milestone with refreshed brand.

Effective May 1, 2014, Mystic Management systems will become, DocXellent® with a web address of docxellent.com

“With a new version of our popular ensur document control and quality management software about to be released, and while in the heart of celebrating three decades of expertise in this industry, it was time to refresh our brand and align our name closer to the work we do, every day,” explains Robert Sullivan, President/CEO of the newly named, DocXellent. “Our new name combines two words that are at the heart of our mission — document and excellent. For those facing the ongoing challenges of document control, we offer an excellent solution.”

While the new DocXellent brand leaves behind the “ducks in a row” icons and Mystic Management Systems name, all other aspects of this long-standing and reputed firm, remain the same.

“While those of us in New England recognize the geographic reference behind our previous name, on an international scale, “mystic” had many diverse interpretations,” explains Gary Carignan, Vice President, Sales for DocXellent. “The great people, the outstanding ensur product, location, phone and the leadership team all remain constant as part of this rebranding effort. This is not about a corporate change but about a change in the way we can be found and recalled.”

The new logo brand, features the easy-to-identify “doc” root, paired with “excellent.” The “x” that unites the two words is created by using a “check mark” — a common icon used in document control.
